Description
All the way from Slovakia, Island Home is an experimental performance combining storytelling, object theatre, puppets, pop-up and installation elements. It is a compilation of tiny stories reviewing different aspects of journeys in life, each with its own visual representation. The journeys are depicted in short symbolic stories woven together around the theme of leaving home voluntarily or involuntarily, searching for one’s place in the world, peace and acceptance.
